Aryeh is a Certified Public Accountant who received a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2014. He spent five years in public accounting before going private and joining Marquis. Aryeh oversees and maintains the accounting system and reporting, cash flow and overall financial health of the company.

Kathy Adames, BPH CHES RMA

Office Manager
Kathy is the Office Manager at Marquis Home Care, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and staff. She ensures the staff are adhering to company policy, procedure and regulations daily. She stays in communication with the team on any issues, gaps, solutions and new implementations to increase effectivity while creating a positive friendly environment. Kathy comes with a healthcare background of over 10 years’ experience. She has worked in innumerable divisions of patient care which include multispecialty, inpatient, outpatient and homecare. Kathy holds four degrees and five certifications from Eastwick College, WTC University, New Jersey City University, Grand Canyon University, and Harvard University. Kathy believes that there is a solution for every problem that we may face, this belief is why she has been captivated by the healthcare field. Kathy enjoys spending quality time with her family and reading. If Kathy can offer one piece of advice to the world, it would be: “ In a world full of chaos, choose kindness”

Kayla is a key figure in our organization responsible for ensuring the company adheres to relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. Kayla develops and implements compliance programs, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain legal and ethical integrity.

With meticulous attention to detail and a passion for numbers, Hennie ensures that every employee is compensated accurately and on time. Tricia Altieri

Director of Patient Services
Tricia has more then 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Marquis Home Care, she held positions such as RN Administrator of The Sentinel of Amsterdam, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, Infection Control Nurse, Employee Health Nurse, RN manager and LPN. Tricia is an advocate for health promotion and enjoys educating patients on the prevention and maintenance of illness. She believes that, with compassion, empathy and excellent care, patients will thrive in the community.
